Every Rose Lane Collective piece is made to order — crafted specifically for you after your purchase. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing preferences, or accidental purchases. We appreciate your understanding of our thoughtful, made-to-order production model.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery at: info@roselanecollective.com
Please include the following in your message:
Your order number
Clear photos of the item and its packaging
A brief description of the issue
Once reviewed, we will gladly arrange a replacement or issue a refund where applicable. We stand behind the quality of our products.
Color & Print Variation
As with all printed products, slight color variation may occur due to screen calibration and the nature of the printing process. These minor differences are inherent to print-on-demand production and do not constitute a defect.
Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping on all orders. In the event of a confirmed defective or incorrect item, return shipping costs (if applicable) will be covered by us.
